Hi! My name is Mad Mike. The name of my company isMad Mike's American Gourmet. Now, don't let the name scare you. I'm not angry, and I'm not crazy--but I AM ...... "e;Nuts"e; about great food!

I've been in the food business for over 35 years! I love the business. I love the people. And most of all, I love the food!!   I am passionate about Food, Friends, Family, and Fun!!  The combination of these four things led me to start Mad Mike's American Gourmet.

Ten years ago I decided to dedicate myself to seeking out the finest, most delicious foods on this continent.  My team of "e;Trusted Sidekicks"e; and I have continued this quest for the unusual, the memorable, the mouth-watering, the real stand-out-in-a-crowd fare! 

Eating alone, of course, is no fun--so I decided that I had to share my culinary treasures and make them available for all to enjoy.
